RTKSA does not guarantee continuous service, universal coverage, or any
particular level of positional accuracy.

Customers remain responsible for verifying coordinates, RTK FIX status,
equipment configuration, coordinate systems, and any critical measurements
before relying on them.

RTKSA does not accept responsibility for customer equipment operation,
drone flights, cadastral boundaries, machine control, agricultural
equipment, or other operations that rely on GNSS positioning, except to
the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
