RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) positioning uses correction data from a fixed reference station to remove satellite signal errors, improving standard GNSS accuracy from several metres down to centimetres. RTKSA streams that correction data to your receiver over the internet.
Typical horizontal accuracy is sub-2cm and vertical accuracy is sub-3.5cm in RTK Fixed mode, depending on your baseline distance to the nearest reference station, receiver quality and local sky visibility.
No. RTKSA is a correction service delivered over NTRIP — you connect your own GNSS receiver, controller or app to our network. There's no base station, radio or proprietary hardware to buy.
Any receiver or controller that supports the NTRIP v2 standard, including Trimble, Leica, Topcon, Emlid, DJI Enterprise and CHC Navigation equipment, plus most tractor auto-steer and machine control displays.
RTKSA has active reference stations across Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Free State and Mpumalanga, with North West, Eastern Cape and Limpopo expanding this year. See our Coverage page for the current map and roadmap.
You can still register your interest and we'll notify you the moment a reference station goes live near you. In some cases, a longer baseline to a neighbouring station may still deliver usable accuracy — ask our team to check.
Accuracy is best within roughly 20–30km of a reference station and degrades gradually beyond that. Our network solution extends usable range further than a single base station would.

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We accept major South African debit and credit cards and Instant EFT, processed securely through our payment gateway. We never store your full card details.
Once your payment is confirmed, our team activates your personal mount point and emails your caster address, port, mount point, username and password — usually within one business hour.
Correction streams are lightweight — typically under 5MB per hour — so any standard mobile data plan comfortably covers a full working day in the field.
Google Maps uses the global WGS84 coordinate system, while regional survey datums used in South Africa can differ by 50–80cm from WGS84. Our support team can help configure the correct output datum for your project.
Our South African-based support team is available by phone, email and WhatsApp during business hours, with priority response for paid subscribers.
